Orders and Processing
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most items ship within 3–5 business days.
Ready-to-Ship Items ship within 1–3 business days unless you have other items in your order.
Snow Globe Cups ship within 5–7 business days to allow proper degassing
Phone Cases ship within 3–10 business days depending on the style selected; many case options are not stocked on-hand and must be ordered specifically for your device
Apparel items ship with 3-5 business days and ship separately unless you request otherwise (see below).
Do apparel items ship with the rest of my order?
Apparel is printed and fulfilled separately, so it normally ships on its own.
If you prefer all items to ship together, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. This will add 5–7 business days to your total processing time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can adjust or cancel an order if it has not entered production or been shipped.
Orders enter production 12 hours after being place.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on weight and destination.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Tracking details are emailed automatically when your order ships.
Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Yes — expedited options appear at checkout.
If you don't see the option you need or need your order processed faster, please contact us.
Please note: Shipping speed does not affect processing time.
Returns, Issues, & Damages
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if something arrives damaged?
Email us or contact us here within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
