Processing Times

Please note that processing times are subject to change and may be longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–3 business days
  • Snow Globe Cups: 5–7 business days to allow proper degassing
  • Phone Cases: 3–10 business days depending on the style selected; many case options are not stocked on-hand and must be ordered specifically for your device
  • All Other Items: 3–5 business days

Apparel items ship separately from the rest of your order. If you prefer all items to ship together, please leave a note at checkout — please note that this will add an additional 5–7 business days to processing time. This cannot be changed once the order enters production, which begins 12 hours after your order is placed. 

Orders enter processing 12 hours after checkout. Any updates or changes must be emailed to us within this 12-hour window. Once an order enters processing, changes or modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping method chosen at checkout reflects carrier transit time only and does not include processing or handling time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, packaging, and destination.

Typical USPS delivery estimates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


Order Changes & Address Updates

We begin processing your order 12 hours after it is placed, therefore address changes or order modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order is submitted.

If you entered an incorrect address, please email Nicole@nashandnoted.com immediately.

Nash & Noted is not responsible for:

  • Delays or nondelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances

Please double-check your mailing address before checkout.

If your address is invalid and we are unable to create a shipping label, we will make two attempts to contact you.
If we do not hear back within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, your order will be canceled and refunded.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Nash & Noted is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
For missing shipments, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us immediately so we can assist.
