Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This includes personalized items, stationery sets, acrylic accessories, glitter pens, and made-to-order items.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order or produced in small batches, we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@nashandnoted.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help expedite the process, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Nash & Noted is not responsible for issues related to product alteration, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Care guidelines for each product can be found below, on our Care Instructions page, and on the individual product pages.


Apparel

Apparel items may ship separately from other products in your order. If you would like these items to ship with other items in your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing your order — please note that this will add an additional 5–7 business days to processing time.

These items follow the same damages and issue guidelines listed above. Refunds and returns are not available unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Nash & Noted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
